PRODUCTS
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues, for which Luxurious Lion shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Any changes to the order would be entertained if requested via written mail before 72 hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. In case of bad weather conditions- like heavy rains, flooding, or water logging, there can be delays in delivery hence; the delivery can be done as and when possible. In such a case refund will not be initiated. Since the flower arrangements are handmade, there might be slight variation in the product. But, we will make sure to deliver the flowers as close as possible shown in the pictures.
PRICES
The price payable for the Products that you order is shown on our Website.If the price of a Product is incorrectly shown and is higher than stated on our Website we will either send you an email informing you of the new price and asking you if you want to proceed with your order or we will cancel the order and inform you. If the price of a Product is lower than stated on our Website we will send you the Product and charge you the lower price.
PAYMENT
Our website has a secure checkout.We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets etc. We will not dispatch a Product until we have received payment from you.We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment by cheques. Please do not send us payment information using Email.
